COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Important Information

COVID-19 Update:

The City of Eufaula continues to closely monitor the potential outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019, also known as COVID-19.  For recommendations from the CDC on how to protect yourself, visit https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/prevention.html.  The City will continue to monitor the situation and adapt policies in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Eufaula, OK Specific Information (As of April 2, 2020):

-City Hall: City Hall will remain open at this time.  The City has multiple ways to pay a utility bill, court fine, permit, etc.  Online payment is available at https://www.cityofeufaulaok.com/make-a-payment/ for additional options please contact the Utility Billing Clerk at 918-689-2534.

- Restaurants/Businesses: Pursuant to the Governor's Executive Order, only essential businesses may remain open through April 30.  Restaurants may NOT have dine-in services, but they are encouraged to offer curbside, carryout, and/or delivery.

-Water Bills:  Effective immediately there will be no disconnection of water service to customers due to non-payment for the April 24 disconnect day.  Additionally, the $75 service disconnection fee will be waived for accounts that would have been disconnected on April 24 due to non-payment.  Also, the April 11 late-fee is waived.  Customers are still responsible for their bill and need to keep their account in good standing by paying their bill or making a payment arrangement. -Senior Center: Currently providing meals with curb-side service.  Please contact them directly at 918-689-3342 for additional information.

-Eufaula Memorial Library: Currently providing curb-side service for book return/check-out.  Please contact them directly at 918-689-2291 for additional information.

-City of Eufaula MUNICIPAL Court: The April municipal court dates are all postponed until May.  If you have any questions regarding a citation, court appearance, payment plan, etc., please call City Hall at 918-689-2534 to speak with the Court Clerk.

-City of Eufaula MUNICIPAL Parks and Playgrounds: All parks and playgrounds owned and/or maintained by the City of Eufaula shall be closed until the expiration of the emergency declaration.

-City of Eufaula Public Meetings: The April regular meetings for the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission are cancelled.
