Animal Control

Eufaula residents can register their pets with City of Eufaula by completing the online form, or by visiting City Hall.  There is no cost for registration.  For assistance please call 918-689-2534.

Animal Registration Process: Please complete the form below and click submit.  Information must be provided for all fields.  After submitting, the City of Eufaula will mail the animal's tag to the provided mailing address, along with a copy of the City's animal ordinances.  A separate form must be completed for each animal.

Please Note: If your dog has been declared a Nuisance, Potentially Dangerous, or Dangerous, you must come in to City Hall to complete the required paperwork.
