2nd Annual Senior Wellness Day

Join us at the Extreme Clubhouse for a water aerobics demonstration. You can participate in the pool or poolside. Don’t forget your bathing suits or swim trunks. (Bring a change of cloths and towel for after) Following water aerobics ; we will start BINGO at 11 am. The first 50 participants will receive a door prize. This event is FREE to the public. Vendors and Healthcare Professionals will be on site to offer hearing/healthcare screenings, blood pressure checks, resources and education on healthy living.
