City Council Members
As the elected legislative body of the City of Eufaula, the City Council has overall responsibility for the scope, direction, and financing of City services. The City Council, as the legislative body, establishes policy that is administered and implemented through full time staff under the Aldermanic form of government.The Council is also responsible for establishing land use policies through the General Plan and zoning regulations.

The City Attorney is appointed by the City Council to serve as the chief legal advisor to the Council, the Mayor, and all City departments, offices, and agencies. The City Attorney's office represents the City in all legal proceedings. Municipal Judge

The municipal judge is appointed by the mayor of that city, and within that city shall be a conservator of the peace, and shall have power to bring persons before them, forthwith for trial. They shall perform no official act on Sunday except they may receive complaints, issue process, take bail, and receive verdicts.
